Child find is a community effort to assure that children with special needs are identified, evaluated, and appropriately served. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's development, a free development screening can be done by the Montrose County School District's Child Find Team. Developmenal screenings are for children ages birth to five and cover: gross and fine motor skills, readiness and social skills, speech and language skills, and vision and hearing.
