Thank you for visiting the Chieftain Alumni website! I am so excited to hear from you, about your lives and where journalism has taken you. It seems hard to believe I have been teaching journalism for Montrose High School for almost twenty years. It is my hope that through this site we can not only reminisce about old memories, but create a business network as well. I often get phone calls from former students wanting to know if I know of someone who has specific skills, and I think this site will help you network with each other. This site will also help my current students see where journalism could take them in the future. Please be sure to register so that we can keep in touch, and I can keep you informed on what is coming up for Chieftain Alumni such as the alumni banquet planned for 2010. I look forward to hearing from you. You have all meant so much to me over the years, and what I have learned from you has had an enormous impact on my life.
