The purpose of this organization shall be: To encourage the practice of good citizenship; to promote, practice, and improve appropriate school spirit; to uphold and improve, if necessary, the school traditions; to promote a better understanding between students and teachers, administrators, and the community; to plan and provide a schedule of all student activities; to teach students the skill of leadership; to make recommendation for policy change to the board of education; and to help the students help themselves.
