March Newsletter
March is a very busy month as we get ready for CSAP testing March 10 (Science) and March 18-20 (Reading, Writing, and Math). Please help your child to do their very best by providing a good breakfast and some extra sleep during the testing period. Students have worked very hard in the classroom looking at a variety of test formats and vocabulary in directions in order to feel confident about the testing. The kids will have early release at 2:00 March 18-20.
On March 17 all the fifth graders will be going bowling as a class outing. When we return to school we will have lunch in the classroom. The option to order pizza has been offered to the kids. They were given an order blank to be returned to school with pizza money by no later than Friday, March 14. If your child usually eats school lunch or a cold lunch, that will be available that day as well.
