Columbine Middle School (CMS) is enrolled in Mobile Health’s (CDE/CDPHE vendor), free, voluntary, and statewide COVID-19 school testing program for the 2021-22 school year.  This is a critical step to keeping our students and staff healthy and allows us to continue in-person learning. The safety of our students and educators is our top priority.

Some benefits of this program include:

  • If your child is asymptomatic and exposed, your child will no longer have to quarantine if exposed to COVID.
  • If your family prefers not to get the COVID vaccine, your child can participate in weekly testing and not have to quarantine.
  • If we have 70% participation among our unvaccinated students and staff, COVID quarantines will end at CMS. This program will allow us to keep kids learning in person, ending the interruption to instruction and the daily lives of our families.

Testing will start on Tuesday 11/30 in the 6th grade learning lab; the testing window is open from 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM).

All students under 18 must obtain parental/guardian consent to participate in this voluntary program.  Families should have received sign up information via the school's dialer or email.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call CMS at 249-2581.

Attention Parents:  Extended Learning Network after school classes are now available.  These are available to any interested Columbine Middle School student.  Please click on the link below to register your child for classes.
