My iPad is running slow or I have received an error?
Work through the following steps:
Refresh the browser
Close all programs 
Clear web browser history (Settings-Safari-Clear History)
Make sure pop-up blockers are off (Settings-Safari-Block pop ups-Off)
Restart Device
 
I cannot download an app to my device?
Peak uses a device management system that only allows approved apps on our iPads. 

How can I take a screen shot?
It may be beneficial to screen shot your work at times, please follow the link for instructions. 

How do I clean my iPad?
Ensure your device is turned off and unplugged from all cables. Use a small amount of rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to wipe down the iPad. 

My device is not holding a charge?
Plug the iPad into a charger, close all the open programs and restart your iPad. If this does not work, please bring the device in to the main Peak building for us to troubleshoot. 

What if my iPad breaks?
Contact us immediately at 970-252-7928. Cracked screens incur a $50.00 repair fee. A second screen repair is $150.00, a third broken screen is the full cost of the device, $300.00.
 
I lost/broke my iPad/Charger/Case?
A lost or broken device (beyond the screen) is $300.00, a charging block and/or cord is $15.00, and a damaged or lost case is $50.00 as detailed in your signed Peak Device Agreement.

If you have trouble logging in, please call the office at 970-252-7928, you will need to have the following information: 

  1. Date of Birth
  2. Graduation Year
  3. Student ID number
  4. In the buildings students may need the WIFI password
