Each athlete MUST have a completed Physical packet, sports physical, & concussion test in order to practice. Stop by the office to get paperwork.

Yellow Pass Process
Students athletes will not be able to practice or play until ALL paperwork and payment have been made. The student-athlete will then be able to participate.
