Our Mission

The Montrose and Olathe School District will ensure that all students have a safe and academically rigorous environment in which to learn.  All students entering into our high schools will graduate with life skills and knowledge required to enter into the workforce, begin a career, attend college or other post-secondary education opportunities of their choice, without remediation.

Substitutes Needed

MCSD is seeking persons interested in substituting for the District.  Call the District Office at 249-7726 for more information.  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Montrose & Olathe Schools have launched a new effort to save energy and save money by participating in the powerED program through McKinstry. On September 17, the District launched the student and staff portion of powerED – the People.Power.Planet campaign! The goal of the campaign is to empower students to learn about energy and sustainability and make positive changes in their daily habits to help us save energy and save money. Each school has a powerED “Champion” who will be working with students and help facilitate the program. To see what’s happening in your school, check out the interactive People.Power.Planet website and take a pledge to commit your participation in the program! Every effort counts so please help us to save energy and cut waste in our schools!
