Paper applications are available at your student's school. Click here
to download/print an application to complete then return the application to your child's school. Applications take up to 10 days to process. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all charges until a free/reduced eligibility is determined. Never assume your household qualifies for benefits as income guidelines change yearly. Complete one application per family, list each student on the application.
